The physicians and staff of Stanton Territorial Hospital deliver nearly 700 babies every year. Funding for the obstetrical services is provided through Department of Health and Social Services. That funding cannot begin to address the thousands of dollars of medical equipment required by this unit or throughout the hospital.
After a child is born, whether they are seen in the Emergency Department, seen by a specialist, or need to undergo diagnostic testing, many children access additional services offered by Stanton Territorial Hospital.
Parents have recognized a need to support their Hospital so that it will always be equipped to meet their family’s health care needs. They have chosen to help meet this need and to acknowledge the excellent care proved to them during the birth of their children though this unique program.
Little Treasures commemorates the birth of your child at the Stanton Territorial Hospital and recognizes the excellent care received. A donation of $100 to this program will be recognized through a balloon shaped plaque engraved with your child’s name and date of birth. The plaque will be displayed on the
Little Treasures Wall located on the Obstetrical Unit. Donations to this program are used to purchase medical equipment and technology for your hospital.
