ACHIEVING OUR VISION

The Foundation raises one hundred percent of its funds by donations made through fundraisers or direct gifts. Fundraisers take on a variety of faces on order to provide opportunities that will appeal to each and every northerner, plus other partners such as businesses and government. This year, the major fundraising thrusts of the Foundation were Stone for Stanton, NMI Mobility Golf Tournament, Bastille Day, Multicultural Dinner and the Northwestel Festival of Trees. We will soon be launching a Direct-Mail campaign. Many community groups and individuals have demonstrated their generosity in these fundraising initiatives, and they should be proud in knowing that their gifts will touch the lives of many for years to come.

Equally important to fundraising events is the generosity shown by those who make bequests, memorial gifts and donations to the Foundation.

The Stanton Territorial Hospital Foundation sincerely appreciates every gift of goodwill and act of rememberance. Each northern community, group and resident who contributed to any of the Foundation's initiatives this year should know that they have contributed for the good of all. Through them, dreams are changed into reality.
