How is Stanton governed?

Stanton is governed by a Public Administrator who is appointed by the Minister of the Department of Health and Social Services. 

Stanton’s current Public Administrator is Ms. Paddy Meade.  Ms. Meade is also the Deputy Minister for the Department of Health and Social Services.

The Stanton Advisory Council, which is composed of the Board Chairs or Public Administrators of the regional health authorities, provides advise to Stanton’s Public Adminstrator.
