The function of the Quality & Risk Management Department is to continually recognize, maintain and improve the quality of patient care and hospital service. These activities are achieved by staff involvement in the risk management program, quality improvement program, quality initiatives, participation in the Accreditation process and various other strategies and initiatives.
The Patient Representative role is one that assists patients and or families with concerns they may have regarding Stanton Territorial Health Authority.
The Access to Information & Protection of Privacy requests for Stanton Territorial Health Authority are coordinated through this office. Request for copies of your own personal health record are handled through the Health Record Department.
